User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of Elly Notes as an account holder or authorized user of the service.

By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with this agreement and any applicable terms, policies, and laws.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Elly Notes. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke access when necessary for security, operational, compliance, or abuse-prevention reasons.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You may use Elly Notes for personal, educational, or internal business productivity purposes in a lawful manner.

You may not use the service to distribute harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape restricted data, or interfere with platform reliability or security.

You are responsible for the content you upload, create, or share through Elly Notes. You confirm that you have the rights needed for that content.

We may store and process your content as needed to provide product functionality, maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Elly Notes may include AI-assisted features and automated processing that can produce imperfect or incomplete results. These features are provided to support, not replace, human judgment.

You should independently review important outputs before relying on them for school, work, compliance, or decision-making.

If paid plans are offered, access to certain features may depend on your selected subscription tier and payment status.

We may update plan features or pricing from time to time. Any such changes will apply according to the plan terms presented at purchase or renewal, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated this agreement, created risk for the service, or used Elly Notes in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.

You may stop using Elly Notes at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

This User Agreement is intended as a general operating agreement for use of the service and should be adapted to your jurisdiction and legal requirements.

If a specific clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
